We are always happy to accept new clients!
We recommend having your pet's previous medical records transferred to us via fax from your previous veterinarian.This
allows us to have a thorough understanding of your pets past medical issues, and also to see which vaccinations or
preventative care may be due. Our fax number is (970) 407-7977.
We require full payment at the time of services in order to keep our costs to you lower. We are happy to provide written
estimates upon request for all services-please ask for these before we begin your pet's treatment. We are pleased to be
able to offer "Care Credit" -a form of health care credit card that you may apply for at the clinic. You may be qualified
within minutes, and this will allow you to make no interest payments for 3-6 months for more involved care that your pet
may need.
We strongly believe in open communications and education of our clientele. If there is something you do not understand,
or you have a concern that you do not feel has been addressed adequately, we are always here to listen and answer your
questions.
We rely heavily on referrals and word of mouth to meet new clients. Please, if you enjoy the personal, caring, one-on-one
service you receive from usk, tell your friends, family and neighbors. We now offer a special incentive for referrals-you
will receive 10% off services at your next office visit (medications and retail items are not included) whenever a new client
tells us that you referred them!
