Dr. Dean provides comprehensive medical care for horses. You are welcome to haul your horse to our facility for care, or have Dr. Dean come to your farm. Our services include routine preventative care such as vaccinations, health certificates, and Coggin’s testing.

Dr. Dean is experienced in lameness evaluations, nerve blocks, reproductive care such as palpation, ultrasonography and consultation, treatment of colics, lacerations and other emergencies (you can follow up with corrective trimming and shoeing if needed.). He routinely performs specialized services such as joint injections. Radiography is available either on your farm or on a haul-in basis. Geriatric horse care often takes a special kind of compassionate person that you can find in Dr. Dean. He is available for consultation on nutritional needs, as well as blood work testing and dental examinations on your older horse.
